The artist serves in today´s menu:
Vietnamese rice paper rolls with freshly picked courgette & paprika, marinated glass noodles, wasted red cabbage, bruised fennel, nuts, marjoram (for the fresh touch) together with wild rose petals and an additional crunchy nutty worms or grasshoppers.

Feeding Station
The chef gives her waste from her kitchen to the feeding station to bring patterns alive. Through the graduation exhibition the pattern of the woven textile becomes visible through coloring of leftovers of each day´s waste from the FoodBar. from nature.jpg
